Payment and shipping

We are pleased to offer you various options for receiving your order:

1. Free shipping within Germany: We ship your order free of charge via DHL within Germany. The usual shipping time is 3-5 working days. Please note that this delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

2. Pick up from the studio: For a fee of €50, we offer you the opportunity to pick up your order from our studio and enjoy an exclusive meet & greet with the artist. An appointment is required. Please contact us to arrange a suitable pick-up time.

3. Express Shipping: If you need your order particularly quickly, we offer express shipping. The cost of this is 100€ due to the requirements of shipping artworks. If you select this option, we will ship your order the same day.

4. International delivery: We currently only offer deliveries outside Germany upon request. Please contact us to clarify availability and shipping costs for your country.

5. Return shipping: In case of a return, the buyer bears the return shipping costs.
